Yikes! I’ve made most of these mistakes with a guy I really like. At least now I know why I never heard back from him. Hopefully fate will give me another chance. Thanks for the tips. You ROCK! 😉

As I was watching this video, I’ve noticed that the men are also making these mistakes to women, it has happened to me. I started texting with a guy I met online, his texts were a whole day thing and some of them were very long also I have noticed is men that always ask what do I do for a living? ( I usually don’t like to ask that kind of question at the beginning but is men that are asking it first !!! Lol I feel like the roles have turned ?. Another guy I was starting to get to know he texted me complaining of how he hated his boss and how annoyed she made him feel and blah blah , that really turned me off . I stop texting him all together.
I have learned a lot from your videos and I just wanted to say thank you so much!!!

Thank you for this great advice! I have a situation in which this guy asked (after 1 date) “do I ever think about him at all? said he was sorry and had a bad day. I totally lost interest, but he keeps texting me these messages- like songs, etc.! Will he get the message that I am simply no longer interested? Any word of advice.

    Thanks,
    M

What if the guy is the boring texter? I know a guy who is so boring when it comes to texting. I really want to talk to him, but it’s hard to hold a conversation when all I get back is “lol yea”.

He’s really into talking sexual when texting. We have good conversations in person, but when it comes to texting, he makes me feel like he doesn’t want to talk. So that’s why I don’t like to text him first. But I found that texting him once in awhile, keeps me on his mind in a way. Is that odd?

Hi Adam, I really liked your video as it makes sense and I think back to the mistakes I make such as writing a novel when the guy I like asks me what I did today. Thanks for the tips and will be more conscious next time I text and even send a message on facebook.

    Hey Adam,
first, I think your videos are great because you have an incredible screen presence and you provide us ladies with this important understanding of the species ‘men’!!
What I found to be really cool is teasing the guy with a secret, like, not giving away what I do for a living and let them guess for quite a while. It drives them insane with curiosity!! 😀

    Adam
He says he misses me the way we would see one another and be together and all.. How do I get him to protest that again in text the way he use too and want to be together in that way again ??
I told him I wouldn’t know any of this by the way he texts me lately

    Help please ?

Thanks for the advice …I really like this guy so for once I decided to play coy for awhile but as things have progressed I asked if he could give me more and not leave me hanging. He did spite what my boys around me said…in fact everyone’s male advice was spot wrong. I have actually announced my presence and feelings as we’ve evolved. He finally texted love you. That was huge for me. I’ve been patient and kind with this man spite some days pacing wanting to hear from him. I’ve held back no emotions when it comes to romance and that he better just like me for me. Well the nice me. The one who is being a good friend. It’s hard to blow a good thing if you really want it. I’ve been honest and brave about our scenarios and he responds. I think a man wants real, not games. It never was a game. Good love just takes time. Weman need to learn to enjoy the ride. For us it’s exhausting because we don’t like the roller coaster, we get our feelings way to involved. Guys on the other hand take their time to make sure she’s the real one. My advice also is just be yourself and be patient. At the same time if you feel he is out of line, say so without the trash talk. We afterall need to show them we are real and wont be taken for granted. If he isn’t into you, it’s good you know now. Oh and men love flirty sexting that might be a little humorous at the same time. But only after so many casual dates, men don’t like easy women, they think they are whore-able….lol, get it? Love Ems PS. I still haven’t won him over completely but he did send me a romantic love song and said he dreamt of me. Blushing 🙂

I did all those mistakes. I am 58 so i feel like i an new to all these things. I a man but we are not exclusive. We have fun, but we also fight. Whrn i am angry, i will be texting all my bad feelings. He wouldn’t response. He said i am just crazy. When we see each other , as if nothing happened. He wouldn’t even bother to discuss the prob. A lot of times, our fight is through text. I am trying my best not to text when i am upsrt. I will turned off my phone now. Wr have hanging out for 6 months now but he wont commit. He just keep saying, just enjoy what we have. He has no gf. But he is only 28 and i am 58. But he help me a lot. I tried to break this, whatever we have thru text. But when i see him, things will be ok again. By the way, i live at the 2nd floor of the apt. He lives downstair. Adam what should i fo?

I met my friend a few months ago and have grown quite fond of him. He friended me on FB about a month later after an event we attended and were reintroduced. He started texting me right away and wow!! Then we spent an amazing 4 days together including a holiday. That was great till he backed off. I was crushed so say the least. I brought to his attention that I noticed and he said it was to far to fast. Ok, no big deal…… So I waited. And I am glad I did, because he just needed a little time to think. Quite the opposite of what I thought at first. Now we are texting and they are HOTTER than ever!! He is cooking dinners for me, and we are getting closer. Slow and steady. Neither of us want to move to fast. But these two videos were what I needed to help! Thanks

Thank you for your video ! Loved it! I made a mistake double texting the other day to a new boyfriend because he did not answer. He has not responded in 2 days where he was responding fast for 4 days. This is the first guy I’ve been interested in …in a long time. Should I wait the one week & then send a bait text? Please email me. Thanks a ton!

This video is so helpful! And I think you’re right, texting is an art. When I first started, shudder…it’s painful to think. What I love about texting is that you can really see how you’re coming across, and you have a chance to change it. I’ve deleted and rewritten many texts before I’ve sent them, and I think that’s improved my relationships. What’s hard about texting, is that once it’s sent, you can’t get it back. I sent a lot of terrible ones when I first started texting. I’ve learned not to respond when I’m tired, or upset about something. And if I do, and it’s to someone close, I might tell them how I’m feeling. As in, “it’s awesome to hear from you. I’m beat, can I text you tomorrow?” Thanks again for the video, really appreciate your perspective

You know, I ALWAYS think that the way people text is for a reason… even the use og dots, commas ect. Usually when we chat, we never use the final period “.”before we press enter unless we type “.” to make the other shut up. And switch subject. At least this is how I experience it 😛

    I asked him:
    – So how is it going with your football?
    – It´s going forward/better.. I couldnt play for a while now so I just have to be patient. 🙂
(YOU SEE? He used the DOT).
    – Better is good! Oh I see.. It isn´t because of your leg is it?

And the end. No answer. Eaten by a dragon. Poff.
Did I just ask a factual question… Guess so.

But never mind. He is a son of a mother,- and he loves his mother, he is 32 and should stop playing football when he is 34 because then he is too old… at least in Norway.
    So i dont care 🙂
